触摸面板的工作原理是基于人体与面板的接触产生的电容变化来实现的。下面以投射电容式触摸屏为例进行说明:
投射电容式触摸屏是由印在聚酯上的两层透明菱形网格图案组成,XV-440-10TVB-1-20在这两层的中间又有一层光学透明的绝缘体。假设蓝色菱形上有一堆电子,由于中间有一层透明的绝缘体,所以它们无法移动到黄色菱形上。然而这些电子却能产生电场,使正电荷聚集在黄色菱形上,这种状态也被称为电容。
当把导电材料(如手指)靠近这个电容时,电场就会遭到破坏,从而改变黄色菱形上聚集的正电荷,使之迁移到手指上面来。这种变化会被手机处理器记录下来,通过沿蓝色菱形扫描电荷或电压的变化来检测出触摸的位置。与此同时,黄色菱形序列也会被扫描。每列蓝色菱形是连在一起的,每行黄色菱形也是如此,这样就形成了由蓝色菱形列和黄色菱形行组成的网格图案。

The touch panel is an inductive liquid crystal display device that can receive the input signal of the touch class, also known as the “touch display screen” or “touch panel”. When the graphical keys on the display are touched, the tactile feedback mechanism on the XV-440-10TVB-1-20 display drives a variety of interconnected devices according to a pre-programmed program. The working principle of the touch panel is based on the capacitance changes generated by the contact between the human body and the panel. The following takes the projection capacitive touch screen as an example:
The projected capacitive touch screen is composed of two layers of transparent diamond mesh pattern printed on polyester, and the XV-440-10TVB-1-20 has another layer of optically transparent insulator in the middle of these two layers. Suppose you have a bunch of electrons on the blue diamond, but they can’t move onto the yellow diamond because there’s a transparent insulator in the middle. These electrons, however, produce an electric field that causes the positive charge to concentrate in a yellow diamond, a state also known as capacitance.
When a conductive material (such as a finger) is placed close to this capacitor, the electric field is destroyed, changing the positive charge that accumulates on the yellow diamond and causing it to migrate to the finger. This change is recorded by the phone’s processor, which detects the location of the touch by scanning for changes in charge or voltage along the blue diamond. At the same time, the yellow diamond sequence is also scanned. Each column of blue diamonds is linked together, as is each row of yellow diamonds, thus forming a grid pattern consisting of blue diamond columns and yellow diamond rows.
