G428是一款DIN导轨式热电偶输入信号调节器，在输入、输出和电源之间具有1800VDC隔离。现场可配置的输入和输出为J, K, T, R, S, E和B型热电偶提供灵活，广泛的能力

G428输入可配置60多个热电偶温度范围(见表6)。输出与温度呈线性关系，可设置为0-5V, 0-10V, 0-1mA, 0-20mA或4-20mA。

宽量程，精度零和跨度锅允许50%的可调偏移和跨度调低每个范围内。例如，0-1000°C范围可以被偏移和调低，以提供4-20mA信号，代表500-1000°C。同样，调整可以参考输出范围。上面的例子可以用来提供从750到1000°C的温度输入的12-20mA信号

应用程序
G428的三路隔离完全消除了任何来源的接地回路。隔离保护昂贵的scada系统免受接地故障，并允许接地热电偶的降噪效益得以实现。

G428配备冷端补偿(CJC)电路以提供冰点参考。高档或低档热电偶烧坏检测是开关可选的。

Description
The G428 is a DIN rail mount, thermocouple input signal conditioner with 1800VDC isolation between input, output and power. The field configurable input and output offer flexible, wideranging capability for J, K, T, R, S, E and B type thermocouples

The G428 input can be configured for over 60 thermocoupletemperature ranges (see Table 6). The output is linear to temperatureand can be set for either 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-1mA, 0-20mA or 4-20mA.

Wide ranging, precision zero and span pots allow 50% adjustablityof offset and span turn-down within each of the ranges. Forexample, the 0-1000°C range could be offset and turned down toprovide a 4-20mA signal representing 500-1000°C. Similarly,adjustment can be referenced to the output range. The exampleabove could be used to provide a 12-20mA signal from a 750 to1000°C temperature input

Application
Three way isolation in the G428 completely eliminates groundloops from any source. Isolation protects expensive SCADAsystems from ground faults and allows the noise reductionbenefits of grounded thermocouples to be realized.

The G428 is equipped with cold junction compensation (CJC)circuitry to provide ice-point reference. Upscale or downscalethermocouple burnout detection is switch selectable.

High density DIN rail mounting offers an extremely compactsolution to save valuable panel space.
