0-60031-5 I/O Resolver Drive PMI Module

The 0-60031-5 is a circuit board fabricated by Reliance as a component for their various drive systems, most usually the Automate series of drives.   The 0-60031-5 is considered an obsolete part and is no longer in active production. It is typically notated as a Reliance part. However, changes in company structure merged this portion of Reliance Electric with other manufacturers. The part you are replacing may have shipped originally from Baldor-Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri.

The 0-60031-5 is a Resolver and Drive I/O PMI module.  This component has an attached narrow faceplate with two female plug connectors in its lower half.  These are labeled ‘resolver feedback’ and ‘drive I/O.’ The board also has nine LED indicators (mounted in a pattern of two green, one red, five green, one red.)  These are labeled fdbk ok, rpi, mcr, aux in1, aux in2, auxin3, aux in4, auxin5 and aux out.

The 0-60031-5 board component includes a multi-pin right angled interface connector located at the center of the rear edge.  It has three relays, an inductor coil, a transformer, disk capacitors, high-voltage capacitors, transistors, resistors, and diodes.  The board has a 3000uV Bipolar Operational Amplifier mounted within a heat sink. This is located on the left board edge. It also has over thirty-five integrated circuits including field programmable gate arrays.
